Subsea Actuator Inspection, Flushing & Maintenance
Subsea Actuator Inspection, Flushing & Maintenance
SVS valve technicians completed a routine inspection, cleaning, flushing and maintenance procedure on a client’s Subsea actuator to NAS 1638 specifications.
Initially our technicians conducted a full inspection on the actuator, identifying areas that required suitable work before the flushing and maintenance process could take place.
A Digital Particle Counter and Flushing Test unit were then utilised by our technicians in order take samples from the actuator. The samples were then tested, ensuring that the flushing process had successfully reduced the fluid down to our client’s specified standard of NAS 6.
