In an effort to ensure new projects and contracts are executed in a professional and efficient manner; guaranteeing that on time delivery is achieved and fully compliant to the most stringent specifications.

SVS have dedicated experienced Project Management, engineering, expediting, documentation and inspection teams responsible for the successful execution and completion of these products/contracts. Demonstrating to our clients that significant cost savings can be achieved with SVS taking full responsibility for the above disciplines with no compromise to quality or service.

Expediting

We pride ourselves on achieving on time deliveries. We do this by visiting both manufacturer and their sub-contractor(s) to monitor an order at predefined critical stages and reporting on progress against a manufacturing plan. Our main objective is meeting our client’s delivery schedule whilst maintaining our high quality standards. SVS utilise every means within our power to ensure these orders are given the highest priority at the manufacturer. We report to our clients on a regular basis and ensure each client has open and clear communication with their appointed Project Manager and any other relevant SVS personnel.

Documentation

We supply a comprehensive range of documentation which can be tailored to suit specific customer’s requirements. These documents include but are limited to.

• General Arrangement Drawings
• Production Schedule
• Inspection Plans
• Quality Plans and Manuals
• Testing Qualifications and Procedures etc.

Any submitted documents and Final Data Books can be tailored to customer /end user specifications
