From the initial inspection through to final testing, the team applied their in-depth understanding of valve components and systems to ensure a flawless outcome. - Dimensions: 6” x 8”
- Class: 1500 x 2500#
Refurbishment Details:
- Valve plug and seal machined, lapped, and polished
- Actuator stem replaced
- Complete valve soft goods kit installed
- Full actuator soft goods kit included
Modifications Completed:
- Custom mechanical stop to reduce Cv to 158
- Bifold filter regulator installed
- Maglok limit switch with junction box
- Fisher DVC 6200 positioner fitted
- Maxseal ICO3 3/2 solenoid valve added
Following the mechanical work, the valve and actuator underwent full hydrostatic, gas, and function testing in accordance with the client’s specifications. Both components were then blasted and painted to match the client’s coating requirements.
